Medical Secretary
The Ridge Medical Practice, Bradford (Feb 2025 - Aug 2025)Worked in an understaffed team sending referrals, dealing with Letters for Doctors, talking with Hospital staff and patients. Worked through a period of time where holiday and illness meant I was the only secretary for a few weeks and managed to keep the task down to a minimum.
Administrative Assistant
The Ridge Medical Practice, Bradford (June 2022 - April 2024)Worked in various departments in a large GP practice which looked after 37,000 patients. Including HR - compiling sensitive information into an organised format. Rota team - adding rotas to the appointments system, ensuring all the clinicians annual leave was logged onto the system, creating new Nurse rotas templates and compiling student feedback. Admin team - arriving records, averaging BP's and any other duties required of me.
